What You Will Need:
- 1 can (21 oz.) Cherry Pie Filling
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup Brandy (Grand Marnier Natural Cherry Liqueur will also work)
How to Make It:
- Combine cherry pie filling and orange juice in a medium sized saucepan and heat thoroughly.
- In a separate small saucepan, gently heat Brandy just to warm it up.
- Pour Brandy over cherry mixture.
- Carefully ignite with long match, and stir gently.
- Serve flaming cherry mixture over scoops of vanilla ice cream. The blue flames are sure to cause Oo’s and Ah’s!!!
