Vintage Independence Day Celebrations in Photos

Independence Day (Fourth of July) is one of my favorite celebrations. I love what the day represents – the United States declaration of Independence from Great Britain.

I love that this is a Summer holiday (anything in Summer is fun). It’s a celebration filled with family picnics, carnivals and parades, and of course – fireworks.

I especially love the fireworks!

Here are photos of people celebrating Independence Day in the past.
