    Those are hilarious!! Knowing that Illinois must have some strange ones too, I had to check and here’s a couple:

    Law forbids eating in a place that is on fire. (Good idea!)
    It is forbidden to fish while sitting on a giraffe’s neck. (I bet the giraffe is relieved!)

      Can’t help but laugh at these laws! Makes you wonder WHO in the world thought them up and for what purpose! I’ll remember not to try fishing on a giraffe when I’m in Illinois! Thanks for the chuckle and for sharing @GirlPickers!

    I’m curious why it was thought necessary to make a law regarding women dressed as Santa! I love stuff like this, we have our fair share of bizarre laws in Blighty too, For example it is illegal to be under the influence of alcohol when in a pub…
